All new subscriptions are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our DoDo IPTV service for any reason within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund with no questions asked.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date
- You must provide your order details (order number, subscription plan, payment method)
- The request must be sent via WhatsApp to our support team
- This is your first subscription with Dodo IPTV (the guarantee applies to first-time customers only)
3. Refund Process

- Issues caused by the customer's internet connection, hardware, or third-party software
5. Renewal Subscriptions
There are no automatic renewals. All subscriptions are manually renewed. If you choose not to renew, your service will simply expire at the end of your subscription period. No cancellation is needed.
